Dear Friends,

Eight Days of Hope is a non-profit organization that brings volunteers together to assist homeowners in rebuilding after a natural or man-made disaster. Several of our volunteers have organized a cross-country bike ride for the purpose of bringing awareness to the need for continued help for those who are still rebuilding after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and to assist Eight Days of Hope in raising funds to assist these homeowners.

The ride will begin on July 1 from Anacortes, WA and will conclude on August 19 in Bar Harbor, ME. We would like to invite your members to participate with our team for all or part of the ride. In addition we are seeking support from communities along the ride to encourage our riders.
