The Capital City Century (CCC) is one of the oldest cycling events in central Illinois, attracting hundreds of riders from multiple states. The CCC is a recreational ride (not a race!) attracting riders of all ages and ability levels.
The CCC is held on the first Sunday after Labor Day, which means the 2015 CCC will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015.
Route options for 2015 have not yet been determined but riders typically have distance options of 10 to 100 miles over flat to slightly rolling terrain. A special double metric (125 mile) Challenge option was offered in 2014.
The CCC features organized food stops, SAG service, and a post-ride party.
Information about costs, start times, and routes can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions.
