SBC members may use these online ride entry forms to collect and report their miles:

Downloadable Mileage Entry Form
(pdf format).
Ride Leader Mileage Entry Form
Ride leaders can use this form to report riders’ miles from a specific club ride. Email the web editor for the password.

“Other” Mileage Entry Form
Members use this form to report their own miles for commuting, show-n-go, and organized rides and tours.
Members using the “Other” Mileage Entry Form will register to create their own user name and password.
