B Ride - Strade Bianche - Central IL Style

B Ride (Strade Bianche--Central IL Style). The Strade Bianche is a road bicycle race in Tuscany, Central Italy, starting and finishing in Siena. First held in 2007, it is raced annually on the first or second Saturday of March. The name Strade Bianche stems from the historic white gravel roads in the Crete Senesi, which are a defining feature of the race. Our own graveled roads will provide the backdrop for today's ride. Only ROAD BIKES are allowed. Expect to encounter gravel. Expect speeds to average between 14 and 15 mph. For more info call Troy Gilmore (217) 720-1568.
