This email is just to let you know that we'll be placing the order for t-shirts on Monday, October 4th and anticipate shipment directly from the printer in mid to late October.  If you've already filled out the survey to let us know if you'd like a shirt, disregard this email.  If you would still like to get a shirt, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey below. This will help us confirm numbers and sizing information, as well as contact information. There is no cost for either the shirt or shipping.
