Left Turn? Right Turn? Stopping? What Do I Do?
Are you a new rider? Maybe you've been riding for a while but haven't joined a group ride. Or maybe you stick to the bike trails but want to expand your riding area but aren't sure where to start. This two-part clinic is for you! In the first session, participants will practice bike safety and take a short cruise up the Sangamon Valley Trail before returning to Stuart Park. In the second session, we'll review bike safety and then go for a ride on low-traffic roads towards Athens.
Events Director Lori Dale will coordinate a Bike Safety Clinic on May 4th and 11th. This will take place at Stuart Park on Winch Lane. Learn more about the format at the link below. There's no charge for this event, but we do ask that you register so that we can get a head count.
